Terms of Service for Runner Bot & Signals
Scope By using Runner Bot ('the Bot') on Telegram and any associated platforms ('the Platforms'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Bot.
User Responsibilities and Conduct 2.1. You must comply with the Platforms' terms of service when using the Bot. 2.2. You are responsible for all actions taken through your use of the Bot. 2.3. While we strive for accuracy, the Bot's information should not be considered financial advice. Always verify critical information independently. 3.5. The Bot does not facilitate buying, selling, or trading of cryptocurrencies.

Failure to respect these limits or attempts to circumvent them may result in temporary or permanent blacklisting from using the Bot. 5.4. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Bot or reliance on its information. 6.3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds or cryptocurrency assets. 6.4. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using cryptocurrency services. 6.5. The Bot strives to ensure accuracy of information but does not hold any responsibility for any missing or incorrect information. 6.6. You understand that you are using any and all information available here at your own risk.
Subscription Terms 7.1. Bot features require a paid subscription. 7.2. Subscription payments are non-refundable, unless bot experiences downtime. 7.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription services at any time. 7.4. Subscription fees are subject to change. Changes will be communicated through the Bot or associated platforms.
Advertisements 8.1. All advertisements displayed through the Bot may be unfiltered and unmoderated. 8.2. Users are advised to conduct their own research (DYOR) before investing in any displayed projects, as there may be risks involved, including but not limited to potential scams or rug pulls. 8.3. The Bot is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the actions of advertised projects. 8.4. Payment for advertisements is non-refundable. 8.5. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement at our discretion. 8.6. If an advertisement is discovered to be a scam, it will be canceled and not refunded. 8.7. Advertisement prices are not fixed and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Changes to Terms 9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. 9.2. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
